1. Open all hook fasteners, detach the secondary cinch straps from the side of the brace, and position the brace along the lower back, with the back panel centered in the lower back. The gray material of the back panel faces the body, with the Support Cushions panel to either side of the spine, and the wide, curved edge of the panel pointing downward.
2. Wrap the main straps snuggly around the waist and secure the hook fasteners along the stomach.
3. Pull the secondary cinch straps forward, securing them along the front panels of the brace. Adjust the placement of the cinch strap closures to achieve the correct level of support for your needs.
